Our direct engagement with groundsmen and greenkeepers, supported by a distributor network especially in Scotland, underlines our commitment to specialised turf management. This collaboration emphasises the importance of expertise in turf care and maintenance.

Here at Inturf we are proud to support local authorities, offering a range of products from turf to TerraCottem and topsoil. We are able to tailor our approach, leveraging the experience of the team to meet a variety of needs such as parks, multi-use games areas and public gardens.

Our Projects

Our collaboration with local authorities spans across diverse projects, highlighting our adaptability and expertise in meeting various landscaping needs. Here are a few examples of those projects.

Rose Bowl Gardens, Hull

The turf installation project at Rose Bowl Gardens showcases Inturf’s capability in handling large-scale, aesthetic and functional landscaping challenges. The team at Rose Bowl Garden are looking to relevel 4 parts of the garden in which we will be supplying our master’s turf. With the gardens being a popular location, we assessed the footfall and decided to use a big roll format.

Utilising a thicker turf for this project will enable resilience and stability for the garden. Our masters turf is perfect for creating a stunning versatile landscape and is often used for golf courses, bowling greens and ornamental landscapes.

Topsoil and TerraCottem

It’s not just our turf that we support local authorities with, we have supplied our premium topsoil and TerraCottem nationwide. As an authorised distributor of TerraCottem we have helped local authorities see the benefits of this products for enhancing planting efficiency in public spaces.

TerraCottem is a soil conditioner that helps to boost root development for better plant growth. With better plant development becomes stronger and deeper roots. TerraCottem turf can also be utilised when laying new turf to help resistance to disease, better water absorption and stronger root development.

We have a premium topsoil that is carefully sourced from Melcourt Industries Ltd. The topsoil is fully compliant with British Standard 3882:2015 multipurpose grade. The topsoil is nutrient rich to promote robust plant growth and development. By combining our premium topsoil and TerraCottem you can retain moisture and reduce watering frequency. This helping plants received consistent hydration while optimising water usage.
