As with all grass, this natural regrowth can lessen the reliance on overseeding over time, though overseeding is still beneficial where conditions or usage levels demand it. In addition, RTF performs well in shaded areas and delivers strong colour and density.
- Masters Turf – A premium turf option commonly used for sports grounds such as golf courses and bowling greens, as well as ornamental and high-end landscapes where presentation and finish are critical.

TerraCottem is widely used in landscaping projects where long-term plant health, reduced watering and improved establishment are key considerations. TerraCottem is a Waterwise product and can reduce the need for watering by up to 50%.
